I am Romain Juillet, an entrepreneur for more than 15 years.

My journey has led me to create, develop, and structure several companies in France, Europe, and internationally – with one common goal: building strong, committed teams, fully integrated into the company culture.

In 2012, I co-founded Bocasay, a tech company that grew to more than 150 team members across 3 countries. This experience taught me how to balance performance, human values, and operational rigor, while creating value on both sides: for clients and for teams.

Today, with ScaleMyCrew, I help SME leaders build their own team in Madagascar, within a secure, tailored, and long-term framework.
My role: define the need, guarantee quality, and ensure that every team member becomes a true growth driver, not just extra support.
